When JoanneG11 came to choose her new piggy I was so amazed at the hay she brought and the variety of different herbs so she has inspired me to spoil my pigs even more (not that I need much encouragement :red)

So I have been a wee bit sneeky {:| and have told my beloved that we are going to get a bale tomorrow however what he doesn't know is that in a few days a box filled with lots of different and exciting types of hay will arrive drool.

To satisfy their new herb craving I have planted loads of different types in our herb garden that I know piggies will love x). I'm also pleased to see that their summer veggies are ready to be planted out as we have just finished the last of their winter veg and I hate having to buy them from the shops grrrr.
 
Oooooooooooo very lucky piggies indeed! Our planes are growing too I am so excited to have sweetcorn growing :))...

They will love the new hay!
 
The hay arrived today and the pigs went wild! Sadly so did my OH for completely different reasons lol!
 
Yes they don't quite understand the need to buy such stuff for our piggies do they :(|)

Don't worry it doesn't last long, my hubby just suffers in silence now. Not that I ever took that much notice in the first place.;)
 
I have to say my OH is very tolerant but he did feel that spending that amount of money on a box of dried grass was excessive! It was funny today as I put a huge load of hay in wth Jeff and Ash and they were eating in with passion, 20 mins later I went out and there was Jeff sleeping soundly on the pile, guess he ate himself to a stand still.

Now I am exploring different types of hay to try next!
