New Hay

When I first got Eddie and Elvis I had some of their hay in a rack and some just in the cage but I quickly realised they didn't seem to like eating from the rack and would never empty it. Now they have a nice big pile of hay which they eat, sleep and burrow in. I hide veggies in there for them to find too. I have to throw away some hay because they poop in it but it's totally worth it 😄

I can just about spot her 😁. My boys love to burrow as well and I often come downstairs in the morning to find a moving pile of hay rather than a piggie 😂

Same here with their hay rack. They do like their log that I stuff with hay. I interchange that for a kitchen roll tube I cut holes in & stuff with hay & sometimes put their veg in it too. They spend their days in the hay so I change it every day as it gets heavily soiled. Expensive but they're worth it: not spoilt - much haha
