Junior Guinea Pig
Hi!A few years ago we got guinea pigs a small hutch and run along with bedding, food etc...
then i logged onto this forum and everything was wrong!
now my dad has built a lovely 5ft x 2ft two storey hutch;
And a newly extended run, labelled [on word!]
my dad took the 4ft x 4ft run and cut it in half, then he put in some wood and then made another panel for the roof!
That took him two afternoons and now we are going to go and get another piggy!
We are going to the shop because my dad says he cant be doing with all the home visits and files, and i have been looking in 3 local rescues for around 5 months and they haven't had a single, sow that can be homed with others so now we are going to the shop.
Can't wait to name it, though technically its my sisters turn who wants to call it cherry but we have outruled that so now she wants to call it rainbow! anyway will update soon with loadsa pictures!
also does anyone know if possibly any pet shops who sell more grown up piggies because we already have a bit of variation, with 2 piggies, one 3 years, and another 7 months so am looking for a 6month - to - maybe a year and a bit!
