New Lawn - Is It Safe?

I'm going to visit my parents in a week in their new home. They have a lawn and have sent pictures to see if it's piggy safe. I know buttercups are bad, but is the rest okay?

I THINK the purple flowers are clover which I think are fine, although I'm not sure

Looks like clover and yarrow. Both okay
