New Member With An Odd Situation

Hello! I just joined looking for some help. I have had a male since Christmas and yesterday I bought 2 more males from another lady. One is the father and the other is the son who she said was 5-6 weeks old and they have been kept in the same cage so the lady said they would be fine together. I have my first male in his cage. I put the cages side by side so the can become acquainted since all the two older males want to do is fight. The Daddy one began humping the baby which I know he's trying to show dominance. However I just walked in and the daddy appeared to have his own penis in his mouth! As soon as I opened the cage (honestly it looked like he was eating his own insides until he stood up all the way and I saw his belly was fine) he jumped and I no longer saw anything "fleshy" looking so I'm thinking it had to be his penis because it disappeared and his whole bottom is really swollen. I am still learning this whole guinea pig life but now I'm worried! Is this something they can do? Was he hurting himself? Did he hurt the baby and he was cleaning himself up?! TIA

Welcome to the forum. I'm afraid boars don't work well in groups so, I'm afraid putting your single male near your pair has got the hormones going . I am not an expert so will wait for more experienced members to answer . Where are you located? Hi and welcome!
It is great that you are giving your lonely boar company. However, please be aware that boar trios more often fail than they work. I would strongly recommend to leave them as they are with interaction through the bars for constant stimulation, but each adult boar with their own territory.

The dominance towards the baby will die down again, but it is a normal and mild reaction when meeting another full boar. My neutered boars often hump their wives in the course of a what I call a "boar haka" (rumblestrutting display) with a boar of a neighbouring group during roaming time. It is a territorial thing and you are likely to see more of it occasionally.

Guinea pigs produce two kinds of poos; one "normal" one and one that they pick up from their anus and eat again, as that (lighter) variety contains matter that needs to be redigested. The two kinds of poos are produced at different times. This is called coprophagy ("poo eating"). My 2 boys occasionally pop their penis's out for a quick wash. So long as they go back in again them I don't think its anything to worry about.
