Teenage Guinea Pig
Thank-you!Oh I hope you get him! He is gorgeous. What kind of dog is he? I made the picture bigger for you.

I think it was more of a case of they were expecting too much of him. You can't expect a dog that's never lived with children to be great with them at 12 years old. He didn't show any aggression, I personally think his previous owners just weren't willing to make the time for him. He's going to live with a nice older lady who has already had kids that are now grown, so he won't have to worry about it anymore! We're taking the second dog that is pictured, Jeremy, who had the same owner for 12 years. A few months before his owner went into hospital, he was starting to forget things and Jeremy suffered a little bit for that, but we're hoping with a change in diet and antibiotics we'll be able to clear up the bad ear infections that he suffers from. When I go to pick him up, I'll post some new pictures!I'm so pleased for you. But so sad for Jeremy's previous ownerHow awful to have Alzheimer's and loose everything, even your dog
I'm mystified how anyone could rehome their dog just because they had children, unless the dog was dangerous though? I have children and animals, everyone co-exists just fine.
Apparently he was named after Jeremy Bentham (an English philosopher and political radical. He is primarily known today for his moral philosophy, especially his principle of utilitarianism, which evaluates actions based upon their consequences). I thought that was cute! His owner was a lawyer, so it kind of fitsJeremy is so beautiful! And I'm sure the man will be so grateful you are looking after him now, even if he doesn't really realise it. Alzheimers is such a horrible thing!
I'm excited too see more of Jeremy though! He's so beautiful! And I love his name! He will love it with you!
