After a few swaps, changes and additions to the Lounge I took some update photos of all my piggies.

The original trio, bought from a pet shop (would not do it again) I have tried introducing other pigs but these girlies are quite terrible and not having none of it.Left to right, Itsy (boss pig), Dahlia (typical Abby) and Bitsy.

Left to right, Clementine, Piggy Boy and Edith. Clementine and Edith are my failed fosters girlies from Hazelcroft Rescue. Was suppose to just help socialising them but could not give them back. Piggy Boy would have been heartbroken as he is madly in love with Edith and follows her everywhere. He is still boss though and doesn't like to share his cuddle tunnel. He is a traitor though, which you will soon find out why! (still love him though)

Finally we have beautiful Lola and Fly (Dr. McFly). Lola (from local generic rescue) was initially intended to join the original trio but the girls didn't like her. She then bonded with Piggy Boy and when the fosters became failed fosters the plan was to have the 4 living together but guess what? Edith didn't like competition and Piggy Boy completely forgot Lola (hence the traitor things). So Lola is now bonded with sweet gentle natured Fly, from Hazelcroft Rescue.

And those are my lovely pigs, not space for more!

Lots of lovely piggies. How did you manage to get them to pose like that?

Great photos! They are such pretty (and handsome) pigs. I'm also wondering how yours manage to stay still. Fast shutter speeds and lots of light? lol

Thank you all :D

Lots of light, manual settings on camera and lots of patience really, really help! I let them explore the surroundings for a bit and then line them up, give them a cuddle and talk gently. The more gentle ones stay but the cheeky ones manage to try and disperse. Dahlia and Edith are harder to keep still. @theoretikos I manage to get away with normal shutter speeds as they tend to stay still for a few seconds. I also shoot with a wide (but not too wide) aperture, which gives me a nice blurry background. The only problem is when they line up wonky and one is more to the back and ends up blurry. All I have to say is, thank goodness for digital photography .

Adorable pictures; all your piggies are just beautiful! I've always had trouble keeping mine still .... because they all need to come with faces direct in front of the camera looking for me to give them the veggies! Apparently that's all I'm here for to them. :P
