So I went on holiday just to ingoldmills, to take my 18month old cousin and I came back with a new piggy.

We have called him binky, my boyfriend named him lmao.

Some photos.

I think he is so cute!

Or though u have some bad news, well I feel that is was bad, we got him off a farm off the A158 towards Lincolnshire. The farmer was nice enough but they were breeding a huge amount of pigs, in a 4ft by 2ft cage was about 30-40 piggies, there were 4 cages like this, was really bad I think as they need so much space and get stressed. Was no water bottle only a bowl of water and bowl of muesli between them. I wanted to rescue them all but couldn't. They were being sold at £9 each and a sign outside the farm.

I don't know if there is any laws or something I can do, or someone can do. But I thought I would share :) x

Hi he has such lovely colouring and looks so relaxed around you already!

Doesn't sound good for the poor piggies at the farm :( don't know what can be done in that situation, maybe a call to the RSPCA as they're not kept in suitable sized cages for the numbers?

Well I'm not sure what size they need but there wasn't much room for them at all x

He is stunning. You could call the RSPCA I agree.

Are you keeping him away from your other piggies?
Please please.....be aware that he may have lice, mites or worse a fungal infection such as ringworm :( piggies in such living conditions can get all three of these through stress, over crowding and other pigs that their in with that are ill, if these people didn't seem to care about the pigs living conditions I bet any piggies that might be poorly among them would not of seen a vet :(
You have given this little pig a nice new start please give the RSPCA a call to help the others too. My boys were poorly when I got them and I didn't know :( (I have a post about it) I don't want you having to treat all your piggies if this one is poorly my vet bill is £246 so far for the ringworm, lice and mite treatments for my 3 baby boys :( that does not include my ringworm treatment costs etc.
He is very cute :)
