I picked up little Eddy pig today! He is here with me now munching on some carrot and cucumber and has promptly wee'd with excitement. :)) He is very plassid and quite cuddly, he seems to like sitting on a knee - plus he has great hair.

He is still staying on his own at the moment until he is 6 weeks post neuter. His 2 new wives are none the wiser of his arrival but I'm pretty sure bossy Miffy will still rule the roost when the time comes. :p My other pigs were on the lawn when I came home with him though and all promptly formed a conga line at the bars of the run thinking it was time for me to hand feed them, despite the fact they were all sitting on grass! Doh!

Best of luck with introducing Eddie!

Why did you expect that begging would stop just because pig sat on grass? Tsk Tsk! :))

Congratulations and good luck with the bonding!
Oh and I have been told by my piggies that out of run grass is soooo much better than in run grass! :))

Thanks all! I have 7 other girlies so if it doesn't work out with Miffy and Piglet he's got to get on with one of them. I think we should be fine though, Piglet is laid back and aslong as Eddy realises Miffy is in charge he won't have issues. She is a madam! I'm going to take it slowly anyway in a few weeks.

I do absolutely love it when my piggies line up on the lawn, they have such adorable faces. Everyone thinks their own pets are especially cute and my little ginger gang are no exception to this rule. The four of them look almost identical (sheba mini yaks!) and I'm pretty sure they can't tell each other apart either.

I love ginger and I usually don't get a lot done when the Tribe is on the lawn (and yes, there is a ginger theme, too! :)) ) Perfect happiness is lying on the grass and just watching the pigges - that is when you haven't got at least four hungry mouths to stuff with extra dandelions all at once!

I am sure that Eddie will find his favourite girls; hopfully first time round! ;)
