New Piggies (breed?)

hi, meet Eugene (brown and white) and Pearl (white and grey) i was wondering if anyone could help me by suggesting the likely breed of my two new little boys?

they are super fluffly and have rosettes all over, but instead of falling out at roughly an inch in lenght ones fur is just getting longer and longer (even though ive only had them a month!)
