You may remember that I lost our piggies, Merry and Pippin, within 2 weeks of each other back in November. I managed to rehome 2 more yesterday. The vet nurse where I take my cats has developed a severe allergy to hay so she offered them to me. They are Rex piggies and are HUGE! I have kept their original names Hodge and Nibblett - not my choice but her young son named them so have stuck to them. Cute!

Aww they are so cute as is your son.

Ah, thank you very much. We think he is super cute too. He loves the new piggies. He wanted to call them Merry and Pippin but I vetoed those names as would be too confusing!

I have never had Rex pigs before. These boys are so quiet compared to the last two who were so vocal. Must be weird for them having to adjust. You should see all the free stuff that I got with them. Literally industrial sized bag of hay, water bottle, wooden house, etc. She was very sad to see them go but she knows that I am only a phone call away if she needs to see them again. :-)

Good news for you it is sad though for her! I'm sure she'll enjoy stories from you though. Make sure you get snapping photos once they are settled x

Congratulations! Welcome to Hodge and Nibblett, looking forward to seeing lots more of them in the future :)

aww, they are beautiful. I do love rex pigs. you don't know big until you've seen my boys though! ( they're not fat, just 'big boned' :xd: )

Aww, how lovely for you (and them) - you have all that voyage of discovery ahead - finding out their personalities and falling in love with them...
