New piggies

Hiya,

Well I got my baby guinea pigs yesterday(thanks Gemma!). I have called them Treacle and Truffle. They are so sweet. I just left them to settle in yesterday as they didn't seem to want to come out of their little house.

I checked on them this morning and they had eaten all their veg and readi grass, I now know why they are called piggies! I had left them quite a bit and a variety of things aswell. Have just given them some more cabbage and carrots now and they seemed quite happy, squeaking and running around, much more confident.

Just want to go home from work now and keep watching them, they are fascinating!

Awww I love these boys, if I'd had the hutches and room I'd have had them off Gemma. They are certainly pigs, I saw them last week and couldn't believe how fat they'd both grown (especially the bigger of the two).

Glad you're pleased with them, they are little characters! Sory it was such a flying visit yesterday, whinging husbands and all that :!
