I am hopefully adopting 2 rescue Lunkarya piggies soon. They are currently being looked after by a Lunk breeder. They are so matted they cannot currently see what sex they are as removing the matts is proving to be difficult. Poor things.
Anyway I have a few questions about the size of cage etc I need for my piggies. I do currently have a rabbit housed in a separate cage, and I was told I might need to keep them in entirely separate rooms? Is this the case? I know they cant be kept or exercised together in case the rabbit hurts the piggie.
I think thats all I shoud be putting in here but any advice for a new cavie owner would be appreciated!
