New Piggy Owner

Hey all,

I'm a new Piggy owner of a Piggy named Phil. I want to introduce him to another Piggy at work who goes by the name of Mochi. I'm really nervous, but I know it's super important to have a companion for my piggy. They are both boars and Phil is not fixed. Will that be an issue for the introductory phase? Thanks for the input! Wonderful threads and so helpful!

@PhilThePiggy When you say 'another pig at work' do you mean that you will bring a pig home from work and Phil will live with him all of the time, or will they just see each other sometimes?

Visiting each other will mean that it's a new bond each time so it would be better to get a permanent cagemate for Phil.

Two unfixed boars can quite easily live together but it is all based on personality and temperament so you never know until you try.

Yeah, you're probably right because Mochi spends a great deal of his time in the other classroom away from Phil, and I'm sure if I introduced them, they'd have to go back into their own cages at work or maybe they won't have to if I just explain to my co-workers that they cannot be apart once they are introduced. I'll have to see. Thank you for the tips and the input!
