Well we adopted two pigs about 6 weeks ago and now we have got our third
We always wanted three and last week my wife went onto the SSPCA website just to pass some time, when lo and behold we found a wee boar on his own. He had been living with three other pigs all his life and had been handed in due to someone being able to care for them any longer
Last week someone came in an took two of them and left poor wee Sammy :'( . The wee soul had never been alone before so i cancelled all my appointments on Thursday morning and hightailed it to Bothwell and brought him back with me. He cannot be kept with our wee girls yet cause he still has to get the snip (BOOKED IN FOR wEDNESDAY) but we put the three of them in a devided pen today so they could meet, it was the first piggy company he has had in four weeks and he was going daft although that may be hormones as well
I think he is a Rex and he's all white. Will post a picture shortly.
he's a wee soul and he wheeks for his dinner allready :smitten:
