I'm glad you posted this! I ordered some C&C yesterday and I was wondering what to do with the hay as I didn't want it going all over the cage or in my living room like it is with my current hay. Now I know the solution! :D

Oh yeah, I have the "where should the hay go" problem allll the time, I hate that it goes everywhere so easily and I also had some bedding I needed to use up so a box was my solution. Another plus is, it will keep the piggies having fun for a while. Don't tell my husband but I plan to get another cage like the one I have now and combine them into an 'L' shape for the corner of a room and make half of one cage bedding/hay :) SHHHHHHHH! :p Or somehow make a second level hay loft, and plus, the boys loooove to run!
 
Looks really good. I particularly like the tunnel off the side. How does the new pigloo work for them? Red now weighs 1 pound 15 ounces ( 0.879 kg) and he has to duck to get out of his current pigloo, and I have been thinking about one like in the last pictures.
 
Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww thats really creative i love it, might have to try this with the boys! The girls certainly seem to be enjoying themselves x)
 
Wow, absolutely great stuff, Sweet's and Fez must be so happy!
 
What a brilliant idea, you have just inspired me to make something like that, what is the big stripey tube from?
My pigs live outside but that would work perfectly in their run. Your toilet rolls stuffed with hay is fantastic.
This is what comes from truly loving our pets. x)x)

The green and blue tube us from petsmart. Just a guinea pig play tube :)
 
What a very good idea - I love the way they use the ramp and whizz in and out through the tunnel. You've been very creative, I imagine without going to too much expense.

I switch back and forth between having two smaller pigloo's and the one larger one. They seem to like all of them although I think they like the smaller ones because then they don't have to sleep together. But since you only have one piggy him and a wadded up piece of fleece should work nicely :)

Not a penny spent at all lol and not hard. I love making things so with the piggies it just gives me stuff to do and keep me occupied for a while lol
