Hey,
I'm new to the forum, and new to keeping Guinea Pigs.
Today I got my first ever one...a little male called Simba! He was up for rehoming on a notice board of my local Morrisons, and as I was planning to get one soon anyway...I jumped at the chance!
I'd been researching for weeks and months before hand so had everything planned and ready!
I will be getting him castrated in the new year and will be getting him a female friend :)
This is Simba:

awww a darling little man welcome to the forum its a friendly chatting place to be with piggy lovers,

now isnt he pretty, look at that pink little nose! :) aww..

welcome to the forum!

does your little simba have any history? why did they want to give him away, do you know how old he is?
Its always a shame to see gorgeous little boys just given away :(

No info with him, just that hes a lone boy. They're moving house so he had to be gone by this Friday.
They werent sure on his age, just said they'd had him about 4months.
He does seem quite young though!

Welcome to the forum :)

Simba is gorgeous!

Welcome to the forum, that is a very handsome little guy you have there!
Good for you, rescuing him and giving him a good home, things could have been very different for Simba if you hadn't seen that advert.

It'd hard to tell from pics, but he does look small for his supposed age.

Look forward to chatting and hearing all about Simba.

Barbara
