I swear, the minute I joined this forum my guinea pig obsession exploded (again) and we are now up to eight lovely ladies. So, here's the newest (and smallest!) of the bunch. We went to get her from Gareth who was rehoming her in the rehoming forum and she is about three years old. I can't get over how dinky she is. The first photo of her is with Muffin. Muffin is not even three months old yet, she's about 9 weeks. She is only just smaller than the new girl! I let the 6 girls in the kitchen and held her on me to watch them for a few, but it quickly became obvious that she wanted to meet the girls, and she has slipped right in with no problems! I love how accepting my girls are! :)

We don't have a name for her as yet. I'd like to name her after a sweetie/sweet food to keep with the theme I have for the girls I name personally: Munchie, Malteaser, Muffin and Butterscotch! Black and white is so hard to fit. Humbug is the only name I can think of, but we had a little girl called Humbug years ago.

Anyway, here's a couple of photos of her!

Willow decided she didn't want her pretty face on camera for this one so i'm afraid you get a lovely view of her butt!

Isn't she dinky?! x)

She'll be the last girl I get for a while, and what a cute little thing she is! :)

Don't, there is a thread by me on here saying 'the final member of my herd!'

I now have four more...

she is beautiful. Because I always have boars, I really love seeing photos of girly herds, they always look so cute all together.

Name ideas:

bertie
zoe (after zoe zebra, from peppa pig, daughter's idea!)

Teehee! I think my mum and dad actually would kill me. I'm definitely still on the lookout for two long haired girls, but I'd need to be seriously wowed by them if I come across two before my birthday in June! Until then there's just the two neutered boys to pair up with Evil Pig and one with the Herd!

I think after that I'm going to need some serious restraints putting on me. :P

Willow is definitely one of a kind... So big and so unusual! She's a massive hit with everyone who meets her! :)

Thanks for all the name suggestions! I'm going to keep thinking about it! :D

She is a sweetie!

How about Liquorice, Marshmallow, Minty, Coconut, Bounty?

Gosh, there's so many names that people have suggested that I love.

I'm glad the new arrival has settled in well, bet she's glad to have new friends. :)

It is nice to know that there is someone quite close by who is a member of this forum. It is good of you to adopt another guinea pig. I live at the other side of Waddington Fell.
