So this is me, the new boy. My name is Billy & I am 9 months old. My favourite things are cherry tomato's, lettuce, crazy mad popcorn fits, racing around, and mounting my new adopted brother Rodney!

Juding from these adorable piccies I think this pairing will work out well. They are certainly exhibiting the sort of togetherness that it took almost a year for my boys to achieve.

Billy at 9 months is already more than half way through his hormonal period and his dominance games have been very mild.
 
Thank you! Yes I am hoping Billy is not going to get any worse, I've done alot of worrying this week but I feel things are settling a little. Rodney seems very content & Billy is definitely enjoying his new home.

I'd say the mounting has reduced a bit, & Billy takes a hint when Rodney complains so far.

Feeling better this evening about them, had no idea I would find it so hard to adapt to a newbie - he is SO different to Rodney who is so cuddly & laid back, but he is a character & I'll get used to him.

Let's hope the harmony continues! x
 
Ooooo my favourite types of piggies! I have a mad Aby cross called Ziggy, she is like a pig on speed most of the time lol! Then I have the two Rex piggies, Chubbs (mum) & Daisy her daughter. Daisy is the most friendly, laid back piggy we've ever had, she lets you tickle her when she is having a sleep & everything rolleyes It's the second time I've had this combination, our previous piggies were a Rex & Aby & they got on so well.
 
Is that what Billy is? I haven't actually looked up what type he is yet? He has lots of cow lick/crest things....

God yes Rodney is SO placid he is like a fat teddy bear. Never wriggles loves his cuddles & loves getting tickled on his back & belly. Billy is like a lightening bolt, no time for cuddles & is completely insane.

I am finding his hair an issue, it's going for my nose!
 
Oh they are so gorgeous! How lovely to see how well they have bonded.

Just looked up Aby Cross, so Billy is one of these as he has a cowslick & Mohican all down his back & head?

Cool! I do love his bed head ;)

omg your new piggy the ginger and white abby with red eyes is the spitting image of the abby baby i tried to boar bond with ditto! You didnt get him from rotherham area did you off a lady called pauline?
 
Nope, I am waaaaaaaay down South in Portsmouth & I took him off my friend who no longer wanted him (kids had lost interest).

He is quite a character!
 
Awwwwww x) what beautiful beautiful boars x) (i have a huuuuge soft spot for boars ^) hope the bonding continues to go well and they stay friends for life ^)
 
They have the odd moment, Billy likes to mount Rodney but he takes the hint pretty well.

What I'm gutted about is how much he hates me! He gets so angry if I try to get near him chattering loudly he actually makes me nervous he might go for me. Hoping I can improve that ;/ he's the very opposite of Rodney who is very cuddly & friendly.
