I just got the call from the RSPCA and I can go on Sunday to get Lacey's new boyfriend.....I'm so excited..... :)) :)) :)) :)) :)) :)) :))

Yay for Lacey! She'll love it.

Pigs are always better in twos or more. And you'll love watching them interact and their relationship develop.

Hope all goes well at the weekend then... x

Oh i hope they get along when you take her! I dont see why they wouldnt, i cant recall ever hearing of a husband and wife piggy group that dont instantly fall in and foerver after! xx

Oh thank you, I had the home visit last night so was very quick and I'm so pleased, I'm taking Lacey there so they can be introduced to see how they get on (Lacey was seperated in the pet shop for fighting so they told me to home her alone) but after everyones advice on here I decided to get her a friend that she can choose....

My Teaser was a P@H adoption center pig who (I wasn't told this until two weeks later when I got talking to a member of staff that knew her) couldn't be paired up with any sow and actually lunges at every one I've ever tried her with! However, she is now paired up with a lovely chunky boy and is so happy! Neutered males are definitely the way to go with a 'problem' sow. If Lacey is anything like my Teaser, she'll take to a boy very willingly and become a totally different, and happy piggy!

Best of luck with the meeting! :(|)

I'm that exciting I want to get him now..... I have just booked Monday off work, I'm away all day Sat for my nephews birthday party 50 miles away, I can then spend all day Sunday and Monday with them making sure they are ok together before going to work all day.
