You may know my boys live in a shed with newspaper, hay and hopefully soon some Snowflake underlay stuff too - and then they also come in for time with us during the day and are kept in the popup fabric playpen with fleece.
Well..... I made some really basic cuddle cups and wee blankets a few days ago for them and they are insisting on lying all cute and snuggly on them when in the house, so I popped a few in the hutch too - and they can't get enough of them. Freckles is especially taken with his one!
So I went off like a good piggy slave today and bought a large fleece and some microfibre towels to make more cosy stuff for them. My shed is too large to fleece the floor, and as I already have them peeing mostly in trays in the corners I don't want to change the floor covering, but I may concede to lining part of the hutch with fleece.
No-one told me these small innocent looking animals could be so persuasive - what am I letting myself in for!
p.s. here is my boy freckles in his now favourite cuddle cup - I am going to make a larger one though as his bum needs a larger turning circle lol
