Nibbles in indoor floor time?

So the nights are drawing in and its getting chilly...

Poor piggies, it won't be long before they won't be able to get any grass time! We've only had our piggies a few months, so never had the winter food issues!

What do people do for grazing in the winter. We have an indoor pen for them to exercise in. I mean, apart from hay what else can you give them to graze on during the winter? My piggies love being on the grass so much...i feel sorry for them not being able to get out and munch :(
 
We've had a bad time of it with the grass, it's being treated and isn't in good shape so my pigs haven't been able to graze. I feel bad for them but I've tried giving them differnet grasses to somehow make up for it. (Although there aint nothing like the real thing!) Be nice to know what we can do for grazing in the winter.

My piggies get dried grass as an alternative and they love it :smitten:
 
Hi Teabag I get it from Jollys Pet Shop £2.19 per bag or £7 odd for a bale which is about 8 or more bags.
