Nibbling/chewing on fleece?

Cocoa just recently started nibbling on her fleece and I can’t understand why! I’ve had her for over 4 years and I don’t recall her ever doing this. Does anyone know what could be the reason? She’s on meds for an ear infection so that’s my only guess as to why she’s acting weird.

There is a chance she could be doing it if she is in pain with her ear, but sometimes pigs like to get into things they shouldn’t.

Does she have access to a pig safe chew such as a plain willow item or a plain cardboard box?

Maybe just keep an eye on her and if it continues try and put something on top of her nibbling area to try and put her off.
