Nigel loves taking meds

Nigel has heart meds on a daily basis and is great at taking them. The last few days he has had a dodgy tummy and so has been on diarolyte which he adores. Here is a cute video of him with the syringe. Usually we have a big tug of war but today he wasn't playing though he does do it slightly at the end.

 
Sigh.. If only my pigs where that good! Patrick started off so well he now hates 8....

Runs away and generally doesn't enjoy it!

Nigel is gorgeous, hope he feels much better soon! There looks to be quite a few healthy poops in his cage so hopefully it's onwards and upwards! xx
 
Thanks Flintstones, yep he is so much better (well poo wise anyway) and today is the last day of diarolyte. He is the only ones of ours good at taking meds. Buzz is an absolute nightmare.
 
Aw, what a good piggy :(|)
Two of mine are on Baytril at the moment (mixed with a bit of Ribena) and truly hate it. Sulking with a capital 'S' :(
 
my girl ginger loves her metacam, but she hated her septrin and baytril when she was on them. I had to fight her to get her to take her meds!
 
Bless Nigel. Our piggies were not that good with their meds. Although Pitch(RIP) used adore her critical care and would chase the syringe!

Nigel is a gorgeous little man and a very good boy for having his medicine.
 
Awwwwww good Nigel, perhaps you could come and teach Artie how to take your meds like a good little boy? :))
 
Nigel is my hero! My piggies HATE syringe medicine (except metacam; apparently this is palatable). Rose bit me to show her displeasure once (I concluded she was on the mend, but finished the course anway, much to her disgust!)

Your boy is so gorgeous, and so good! Well done, Nigel!
 
One of our piggies likes to take his medicine too! It is soo cute to watch!
