After a long time of not being quite right and then a sudden deterioration last weekend, Nico finally went to the rainbow bridge on Tuesday night. He was a lovely little piggle, although a bit shy and prone to hiding in dark corners and under the ramp. He is sorely missed by mummy and daddy and his girls, Charlotte and Tara, who looked after him so well when he was poorly. He was very weak on Tuesday evening but still wanting to explore round the shed and get to the food but on Wednesday morning I found that he has passed away in the night.

I miss him, he was a lovely lad.
I was lucky to look after him a couple of times, but he didn't feature in the pictures I posted because he really was 'the shadow under the ramp' and didn't like to come out.
His girls will miss him badly, and lots of hugs to you Rachel and Jonny. He was a happy little heart problem, comfortable despite the illness due to Rachel's excellent care and loved by all.
Rest in Peace - Daddy's little boy.
 
Yeah he really did love his Daddy. He would always come out and squeak at Jonny for food but he knew I was the one that cut his toenails and cleaned his bum.

Really sorry to hear about the loss of Nico - he was so very dark and handsome. RIP little chap.
