nipple problem

hi everyone,
this is from İstanbul-Turkey. my guinea pig has given birth 2 weeks before.4 babies. probably one of them bite her nipple than her nipple has problem. it has extra skin on her nipple and it close milk way. guinea pig is not knowable this is why %99 vets don't know about them :( is there any cream that you recomended.
