Nipple Tumor Or Cyst?

I just discovered archie has large swelling around his nipple, and it leaked a bit of clear fluid as I was holding him. It looks like in these photos Guinea Lynx :: Mammary Tumor
He is only 4 years old, and other than the swelling he seems fine, I will take him to the vet tomorrow obviously.
Is there any advice anyone can give me?
 
Update, the vet said its mammary cysts, he drained it somewhat and archie will go back in on friday to see how things are progressing.
