This was Kaspers neck last night after eating cucumber. The hair was dried together and no sign of blood or anything like that.

I'm hoping that he has just caught the hair and it has been ripped out. There are no signs of bites or bleeding just a little red mark where the hair has been removed. He isn't in pain and I can touch the area..

Thank you @piggyfan :)

He hasn't been scratching more than normal and his appetite and behavior are exactly the same as normal. So confused!

I agree best to get him checked as it could be fungal. One thought though, does he eat out of a bowl? My Star ended up with a bald patch under her chin where it was rubbing against the bowl as she insisted on eating out of a pigloo.

I am thinking fungal too, possibly the start... any flakey skin? Tell Kacper he has amazing piggy lips by the way...

No flaky skin, no scratching beyond normal!

I just scatter pellets and veg so they never eat out of a bowl. He has started sitting at the ramp recently so he might be rubbing off that...hmm. A vet visit it is either way!
