just popped into local pet store. Usuallu animals are caged by type/sex... today... 3 cages each containing a Hooge black rabbit and

• trio of sisters
• 2 pairs of brothers

one of the wee boys had a funny leg as well which the lady half-checked. The other 2 brothers are 9 wks old and housed in the smaller cage with the bigger rabbit. They looked terrified!
I just had to walk away with a heavy heart... I can't take them all... the lady breeds them herself so it will be a never-ending problem.

Poor guineas.

dunno...

pus the lady was aware that the housing wasn't ideal but the rabbits were too big to be together (the shop is tiny) and she is nice witht the pets. They are clean, fed and watered.
