I am so very sorry this has happened, I hope your remaining piggies are ok.

As some others have said, unfortunately it is in a cats nature to chase things, particularly small furry things that run quickly. Even our old ***** cat Charley used to show a little interest in the pigs when they were babies (more mouse size I guess), but once they were older she wasn't interested in chasing them - in fact, when any were unwell she would sit next to me when I had them on my lap and clean them, so not all cats are evil - but I still wouldn't have trusted her unsupervised!

Once again sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry, what a dreadful accident. Rest well, sweet Rory, and big *hugs* to you.

I am so sorry to hear what has happened. It's not a bad kitty - it was just doing what it's natural instincts were telling it do unfortunately.

I have 2 cats with my guinea pigs and they all get on fine out together - although I would never leave them all alone together, because you just never know.

ahh hugs for you i know how you feal i lost one of my piggies last summer
because one of my dogs got her i have 2 cats and they mostly ignore
the guineas try not too feal bad i know i blamed myself for a long time
but no matter how careful you are things happen in a split second
