Hi
Guinea pigs are prey animals; they are not naturally born cuddly pets. Because guinea pigs are in most cases commercially mass bred with pretty much no friendly human interaction whatsoever (whether that is pets shops or for sale breeders) , the clash of expectations when they come into a home as pets is inevitable.
What most new owners are not aware of is that winning a piggy's trust is the result of a long process. Some piggies take a lot longer; especially those babies born to very stressed out mothers that inherit this high-stress/prey animal instincts on full alert state as their normal default setting even before they see the light of the world.
Please take the time to read the guides at the bottom of my post in order to understand how guinea pigs experience their arrival in a home, how you can learn to understand their interactive behaviour and use it to communicate with them in ways that they understand instantly and that make total sense to them. Avoid any predatory behaviours that could awaken their prey animal instincts.
Please be aware that this is never a quick fix. Trust is a tender plant that needs to make deep roots before it can grow. If you want your pets to respect and love you, then you need to respect their quirks, too.
A piggy that doesn't like to be touched will rarely become a total cuddler (which frankly many piggies won't be if you allow them their say) but they will come to allow shorter cuddles and get used to regular handling and grooming.
Unfortunately, watching all those youtube videos will give you a very distorted view of the reality. You see what YOU want to see; nobody is interested in videos of all those piggies that do not like being handled... But because you see only a small slice of the much wider range of behaviours and experience the exception as the 'normal', meeting piggies that do not comply with your expectations will inevitably set you up for a big time disappointment.
