Noise From Guinea Pig Stomach

My guinea pig, rocket, has had a strange squeaking noise coming from his belly for a while. I thought it was submission squeaking at first as his friend is extremely dominant but it actually seems to be coming from his stomach. They’re fine in the day when I’m in but I was woken up twice last night with teeth chattering and loud submission squeaking. I though he was hurt at at first, but I see nothing wrong after checking him over a couple of times. He’s been doing it for a good few hours now. Can anyone help? xx

I agree with @pig in the city - when you have any concern see a vet.
The peace of mind is worth it.
