Guinea pigs make all kinds of sounds, so we can't really help you without a bit more precise information as what you are dealing with. Any sounds need to be interpreted in connection with body language and situational context as several sound very similar to our human ears.
How old are your babies and you have sexed them? Any baby boars need to be separated at 3 weeks of age to prevent them from making any babies with their mothers or sisters.
