Hi and welcome

You can try to see whether a bowl of steaming water, which you keep refreshed, can bring some relief. If yes, then nebulising would be th way forward.

Could you please add your country to your account details (via clicking on your username on the top bar) since brand names etc. vary a lot from country to country and can cause confusion. Adding your country, state/province or UK county means that we can always tailor any advice to what is available and relevant where you are. We have members and enquiries from all over the world. Our default advice is UK based. Thank you!

@Jaycey, @helen105281 - you have personal experience with nebulising, haven't you?

I do @Wiebke! I've personally found the nebulising can be very effective in the right circumstances.

@Harry bandana It sounds like your piggy may have an allergy or compromised airways. I had a pig who would randomly get really snuffly and no antibiotics would stop it.

After discussing with the vet we started to nebulise him. We bought a nebulizer online and put together a tank using a pet carrier and lots of cling film. We used F10 antibacterial solution in the nebulizer and used it whenever he got snuffly. It never solved his issue but it did seem to give him some relief.

Thankyou for your reply , I have started steam treatment today, she seemed to enjoy it so going try it for a while
