I've just take on a lovely female Piggy (Pheobe) she was taken in with her friend to pets at home as she was losing fur. She obviously couldn't be put up for adoption because of this. Vets have done loads of tests, scans etc but there is nothing obvious, no cysts, tumours. They thought she may have a slight URI so is on antibiotics. She is perfectly happy and absolutely loves veggies and hay, she's put on a tiny bit of weight but only weighs 865g. My question is she often sounds noisy when breathing is this normal with a URI? Unfortunately they rehomed her little friend so she's on her own for now. Thank you 😊

Congratulations on your little piggy. I would take her in to the vet again and ask for a check up in the light of the breathing sounds and fur loss. It's often worth trying a different vet if a symptom persists. I hope she gets better soon 🙏

I agree - i would take her to your own vet to be checked out.
Take her current meds so the vets can see the dosage and strength of the meds and they can determine what is going on with her
