Ever since I’ve made Walter & Felix neighbors with just Franklin (there’s 2 c&c grids splitting their cage) Franklin has been biting the bars all day and night which has prevented me from sleeping a lot. How can I stop this?
 
My pigs do the same thing cause I have a hamster near them. With the hamster it is easy... just slap some olive oil on the bars but idk if olive oil is safe for piggies. Just use something that is edible and not toxic for the, but something that they HATE and refuse to eat. I do this and it works. Just remember that it will soon wear off and you will have to do it again

How long has this been going on? Franklin obviously wants desperately to get into the other cage - whether it is to live with them or to rather wreak havoc is another question.

I am not a fan of smearing stuff on the grids because it does not address the underlying problem. If necessary put in an opaque divider overnight or whenever you need to really concentrate.

About a week or so.. they don’t get along which is why they’re separated, and I’m trying to find and rescues that have guinea pigs so that I can get him a friend.

That is still a rather short time since their separation. I hope that you can find a rescue with bondable boys soon; that should take care of the problem. I would recommend to use some cardboard that you tie to the grids for the night and any time you need to concentrate as a temporary measure.
