Noisy piggies!

I have noticed that, since being in their new big hutch, my girls are so much more vocal and social! Whenever i approach the hutch, they will both jump up on the bars to meet me, squeaking like crazy! It's wonderful to see because they never used to do this in their old hutch! Anyone else got any experiences of pigs being more vocal/social in a bigger cage/hutch?

Yes it is! Although they are 3/4 years old now, they've never seemed so happy! It fantastic!

Thats exactly what I was thinking! You don't actually realise how important space for them until they've actually got it!

I've noticed that mine are louder outside, i think it's to make sure we don't forget to feed them!

Probably haha! And they do a good job of it too, because whenever they start their little chorus of wheeks, I give in and give them a piece of veg!
