Just back from a long walk. First dry day in ages, so I bagged some lovely wild grass - it'll probably only last the piggies a couple of days! Lol

This forum makes me want to move to Europe.. I can't even imagine being able to just gather wild grass on a walk I could gather dirt, or rocks..

Must make you jealous!
Hubby and I gather a supermarket carrier bag full every day at the moment! Grass, clover, last of the dandelions and some chickweed. Still a few birch, beech or hawthorn leaves some days too!
Not for much longer though as cold weather approaching! Lol

What I have noticed is that, since they hadn't had grass for a couple of days, they're definitely smellier.

I noticed that too. The general guinea pig whiff is definitely a lot more pronounced since they've not been on the grass.

So would my 5! They got through so much hay yesterday they never even bothered with their breakfast pellets. Usually any left over (they don't get much) get scoffed overnight! So I didn't need to give them more pellets for breakfast this morning. But I had to pretend to as they were wheaking for breakfast even though it was in the bowls. I have very stupid piggies!
