Noodle mats

Hi everyone,
I have a question for those of you who use the noodle mats. The backing to mine are coming apart. I wash on gentle and hang dry. I like using them but the backing is coming off in the washer. How do you wash them?

Hi! I wash mine with cold water on the bulky/bedding setting and then dry them for about 50 minutes on low heat. Maybe they are getting old?

They should comfortably hold up to a normal wash cycle.
If they are coming apart it might be best to replace them and try a different brand.

I use a normal wash cycle (I wash them in one of our equine laundry bags, to protect the washing machine). I don't use any softener, just non-bio powder. I then either hang them out to dry, or if the weather doesn't allow, I will make sure I've brushed them down thoroughly and pop them in the dryer

I have found the best brands are the supermarket ones. I tried some Dunhelm ones that were not as good. Morrisons/ASDA do the best ones.

I agree, have lovely ones from Morrisons which I wash on normal cycle, 40 degrees.

I've been using ones from B&M...they were £3.99 at the time but no doubt with COVID and Brexit they've gone up.

I got mine from wilkos and asda and they wash fine. I chuck them in with all the other piggie stuff on a 2hour 30degree wash with an extra rinse.

I've had ikea ones for about 2 years now and they are as new.. defo better than the 1 supermarket one I had to buy..
