Normal eating

ok day 3 in the big piggie house. (lol)

They are eating hay okish not crazily
Veg they eat everything lol infact its nearly the only time i see them.
Nuggets, i caught ben eating ONE this morning but other than that the bowl seems as full at night as it was in the morning.

Are they still settling in or should i be worried. Are nuggets normally eaten in big quantities?

am i neurotic loool

ps. Going to be cleaning them out twice a week as living room piggies so will have to handle them tonight eeeeek. lol

That's fine it took Flora and Fleur ages to settle in and eat to the extent that they did when they were settled. As long as they are eating.

lol they sound fine...mine wont actually eat nuggets lol they are soo fussy...they have the mix stuff...lol...

I think i was just worried as they were eating the same brand of nuggets at nutmegs abode lol.

But like you say they may need more time to settle and veg is too nice to miss lol

Nuggets are the least important part of the diet. The hay and veg are the key ones, so it's great that they have a big appetite for those!

Piggies generally take a few weeks to really get used to their new environment and get to know their routine. Some settle in easier than others, younger pigs are particularly more skittish but they will come round.
