Hi there this is my guineas Norman and Barnabas cage just wounding are the measurements suitable for them as I want to give them all the space in the world 😆 this is their cage set up at the moment as you can see I use secure Dog crates joined together for them, all together they are 213 cm long the first crate is 76 cm wide and the second one is 58 cm wide excuse the mess of their cage at the moment they had a lot of fun last night

Without knowing the size of each crate (rather than their total joined width), couldn’t say for certain, but guessing the smaller one is is 100x58, and the larger is 113x76. Converting to square feet, the two joined together would cover enough square footage for two boars

The bigger crate is 123 cm long and 75 cm wide and the smaller one 91 cm long and 57 cm wide
 
I just wanted to add that this is a really clever set up using what you already had (I am guessing). Well done.
Your boys are very lucky.
 
Hi there bit of a strange question on this thread but didn’t want to start a whole new one on a small question is the burgess excel mint pellets suitable for my piggies they get 10 a day and they seem to quite like them :nod:

Yes I think they are fine - with any pellets it should be limited to one tablespoon per piggy per day (which I think you are doing anyway) 😊
 
I agree with @My Piggies.
They are absolutely fine to feed but any pellet needs to be kept limited. The burgess do contain alfalfa (Lucerne on the ingredients) which isn’t ideal but as long as you don’t overdo pellets (which it doesn’t sound as if you are) and keel other high calcium veg limited then it’s fine.
