Not drinking water

Hello I’ve noticed that the water bottle is always the same amount so I think my piggle doesn’t drink water at all.
What could it mean? Please help should I see a vet?

Some piggies don't drink much as they get all their water from veg. What veg are you feeding your piggy? Velvet drinks vast amounts of water but Dennis doesn't drink much at all.

Make sure that you:
- do not overfeed on veg. Whether your piggies eat or drink the fluid they need doesn't matter. Veg should only make 10% of the daily food intake. Long Term Balanced General And Special Needs Guinea Pig Diets
- That you clean the bottle, check the spout and change the water daily.
- Be aware that drinking from a bottle is a learned habit. If your piggies have been separated before they could learn, then it can be a struggle.
- If you have a single piggy, the vital 'I want what you have' learning/competiton impulse from a companion is not there. Your little one is missing out on the crucial guidance from another piggy in terms of using its environment and learning social intergration. Guinea pigs are group animals and not wired to be on their own. The absence of companionship of their own kind does impact on many other areas than you would think. No guinea pig is ever too old for companionship, but the longer you wait, the greater the social deficit due to lack of learning the finer aspects of social interaction (which is much more complex than expected) during the formative months between weaning and teenage.

What should I give them instead of the water bottle? I tried giving a bowl however didnt see much difference.
I do feed my piggle cucumber daily also salada and just veggies that i have at that moment in my fridge

My two boys don’t drink much water either, they never have. I give them vegetable which I run under the tap so they get it as they eat the veg x
