Not Drinking

So, my guinea pigs just rarely drink. I never see them drink, I only change their bottle once every two weeks and when I change it it is almost full still. I give then a head of romaine everyday and I know that is mostly made up of water but I didn't think it could replace water entirely. Does anyone have any tips on getting them to drink or do you think they will be fine. This has been going on for a while now. Is this normal or not really?

Guinea pigs will drink as much as they need and no more. You are right in that there is quite a bit of water in lettuce. They get most of their water needs from veg.

Please be aware that boar trios rarely work out, especially through their teenage months (4-14 months of age). How old are they? I would think about seeing which two get on best then split and pair your singleton with another boar - dating at a rescue is the best way. Please can you also add your location to your profile so we don't have to keep asking

If you mean you are only giving them fresh water every two weeks, then that may be part of the issue. They need fresh water every day, twice a day in summer.
Piggies will drink for their needs - I very rarely see one of mine drink. If you are seeing wet patches in the cage, then they are drinking.

You should completely empty the bottle of water and completely refill it with fresh water every day.

I don’t mean wet patches under the bottle, I mean urine patches. Your piggies must be drinking and getting enough water otherwise they would be unwell

They pee a lot although it is cloudy pee (is this normal) it is not clear at all. I will now on empty the bottle every morning.

Yes. They get rid of excess calcium through their urine. As long as it's not gritty it is okay. Pellets and water contribute most to the calcium in their diet. So pellets should be limited to one tablespoon per pig each day. And filter the water. Give high calcium veg once a week - parsley, spinach and kale.
