not fighting being handled...scared please answer asap

hi guys as you know Naboo used to be so scare dof us and tonight when we tried to get him out he was terrified...but we got him out, put lights out and cuddled but when we put him back in instead of running strait to his bed for safety he sat by the bars and let us stroke him and pick him up...this is not like him....should we be worried...help...not like naboo at all
 
Is he eating, pooing and drinking ok?

If I'm right in thinking you haven't had him all that long... Sorry if I'm wrong. If so he could still be settling in!
 
How is he now? I can't offer much advice I'm afraid, but Pixel used to freeze sometimes too.

I would suggest maybe leaving him alone for a short while and when he thinks you've gone, he may bolt for his bed

he has been eating hay fine and his food fine all day yesterday but he hasnt eaten annything overnight..will kep eye on him today
 
I would say he's learnt to trust you, my piggies took the same amount of time. You may find from time to time he will still bolt for his bed and others he will be at the bars waiting for you for food!
