Not interested in hay?

I have found most pigs like Herbage with Dandys in maybe try that, may be tastier for them. :)
 
my bunny wouldnt eat hay for ages i tried her on lots of different ones and in the end she is eating the one i tried in the beginning! If you go to the hay experts site you can get a hay taster pack, i think there are 6 different varieties so there is bound to be one they like! xx
 
I have just bought some of the herbage with dandelions or something in so have just filled their hay rack with it and will see how that goes down ;)
 
Just a thought....mine won't eat very much hay from a rack which initially led me to believe that they didn't like it. They eat tonnes of the stuff now they are bedded on it. They eat a mix of meadow hay and Alfalfa King Timothy hay which I get from Jollyes x
 
i never knew there were diffrent kinds of hay lol mines constantly eat there hay witch is the medow stuff i think lol i sound like a bad mother dont I lol ? :s

Luckly mine are the opposite - I got a free bag of timothy hay from P@H and they didn't like it took them ages to get through it. I put them back on the meadow hay and it is gone within 24 hours (yes almost a whole hay rack each). :))
 
What about Sweet Hay? Is that even an option or have special conditions concerning cavies?
