Not letting him in...

I have had my 5 month old Teddy boars for 2 weeks, and they settling in nicely. Today, however, Chester has not been letting Billy go into their house area. He raises his head up and squeaks sharply! Then Billy just backs away and sleeps in the sawdust in the main area of their cage. What do I do?
I want them to be happy! They lived in a hutch inside a shed with an older piggie, at their old owners place. Are they happy together?
Can anyone help?

Chester is obviously showing him who is boss as at 5 months hes going to be at his hormonal teenage age and Chester will be putting the youngster in his place.

Try buying two of everything - houses, bowls
