Hello! I was able to let my guinea gals free roam for a long time, and vacuuming. In June, I had a surgery. Before that surgery, I deep-cleaned the rug, found out how disgusting it was from that free roaming (i was vacuuming every time and spot cleaning when I could). I also found out I was allergic to carpet cleaner. Obviously I cannot let them free-roam anymore and since this was so close to my surgery, I couldn't build a new cage immediately to accommodate them.
Well, now I'm recovered almost entirely (cleared on Friday, thank god!) and I was wondering what amount of space to give them, considering this now. What would y'all recommend? I have a C+C cage and a ton of extra coroplast and grids to make into a new something and I really wanna make this the best version of their cage. Currently each pair of gals (I have 4 in total) has 10.5 ft of room to roam around (3 grids by 2.5 grids, each one is 14 inches) and I wanna make this at least a grid or two longer. I also can move furniture around to make it even bigger if possible but it's on a table so I'd have to modify said table. Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you!

Currently your girls are in the minimum recommended size cage so it is wonderful that you want to make them a bigger space.
It does sound like you will be limited by the size of your table tops though, so that is something o the into consideration.
How big at the tables that their cages are on?

I am not sure if you have an Ikea nearby, but they offer a great range of tabs top sizes.
Alternatively DIY stores like Lowes often have large work tables which can be a cheaper way to get a lot of space to work with.

I actually built the table! Currently it's 6ft by 4ft but I can easily expand it to 8ft and definitely plan to do so. I don't know how to make it bigger than that or if I'd need to just build a new table and take apart the old one (willing to do it in a week!) and I'd need to do research to make sure that I'm able to build an extension or a new table next to it. Where they are, the max size that I can make it is about 13ft long if I move my dresser out of the way.

SO. max space I can give them is an extra 4x4ft unless I can bend the grids to make corners. Currently in the process of building table extension! I can't really give them more room with the materials + space I have but this would be better than nothing, so yay?

That's lovely for them!
8 Square feet is the minimum for a sow pair, 10 square feet is the recommended size. Anything you can give them beyond 10 square feet is fantastic.
