Not sure if my piggy is pregnant!

Hi i bought my female guinea pig less than 2 weeks ago and she seems to be incredibly shy which is fair enough as she does not know us i have an indoor cage for her and for the first few days she didnt leave her little house or eat anything but in the last week she has gone through 6 bowls of dried guinea pig feed and 2 whole lettaces and cucumber! she is drinking loads,
I dont know whether her weight gain is to do with her eating loads but she's deffinitly round around the front of her hind legs there is a slight buldge out of the side of her. her tummy isnt hard neccessarily just feels plump, but when i heald her today i could have sworn i could feel something move in her belly, either that or she was breathing very quckily and hard.
are there any other tell-tale signs? does any one think she is pregnant and if so how far would you say she was as I'm going away on friday - sunday and only have a nieghbour to feed her on the saturday!
