not sure if this sound means my piggie is feeling bad

Hi, i got two guinea pigs a month ago and i'm still trying to figure out what their sounds mean. Today Kirk started making this sound and I'm not sure what it means. It sounds a bit like he's trying to clear his throat. could it be that he's sick? i would appreciate it if someone could help me figure out what it means. Here's a video of him. It starts around 13 seconds. thank you.

It was a bit hard to hear anything. All I heard was a purr and just normal happy guinea pig noises. I do have 6 kids in my house right now though so its a bit hard to hear clearly mallethead

Sorry, i know it wasn't the best video. thank you for watching and replying :). i won't worry so much now. I never heard him make this sound before so i got a little freaked out.
