I'm not too sure if I should be posting this in here or in Housing :{
Anyways I have my piggies and my hermit crabs in my living room and my little hermies need a uv light 24/7 and so it's bright in the living room at night...Will this upset my guinea pigs at night because if so I can move my hermit crabs right now!

Whee had hermies (aren't they amazing!) but our light for them was directly above them, so if this is your setup i'm sure it wouldn't matter :)

Yes I'm loving having them, I think one of them is about to molt! :D
Anyways thanks, thats good to know :)

I have hermits in my marine tank and the lights go off at 11pm always have.

Our light for the hermies was red...... whee also had a heat pad :)
Make sure you've got lots of different shells for them....they're very picky and if they don't like them..... :0

and dont forget they are nocturnal so if you want to view them at night put a blue night bulb on a timer so it comes on when the daylight bulb goes off.
